Casillas considering Arsenal

 

The 32-year-old has endured most of the calendar year of 2013 behind Diego Lopez at the Santiago Bernabeu and has already hinted publicly that should the situation continue through the season, he may consider his future as being elsewhere.

El Confidencial report that one club previously linked with the Spain No 1, Arsenal, are seen as his current preferred destination, should he leave Madrid next summer.
The Gunners, who can list former Madrid man Mesut Ozil and Spaniards Nacho Monreal, Santi Cazorla and Mikel Arteta in their ranks, have been linked with interest in Casillas, alongside Manchester City and Schalke.
